[Bullet] Our world class ISO 9001:2000 certified commutators' systems produce products for automotive, appliance, power tool and industrial applications.

[Bullet] Resinoid pioneered more than sixty years ago and has continued to lead in the development of phenolic compounds and molding processes for commutators.

[Bullet] Our molded, Air Gap Designs feature our unique segment anchoring which is a series of lateral dovetails that assures uniform anchoring over the entire surface of the segment. Excellent dynamic stability and quiet commutation result. Sizes range from 3/4" to 1 1/2" diameter, 19 to 38mm.

[Bullet] Our Segmented Designs are micaless. The molded body core and the insulation between copper segments are one integral phenolic molding. In addition to our high performance molding technology, these feature exceptional true positioning of segments. Diameters range to 5+", 127mm.
