Resinoid Engineering has a year 2000 compliance program underway and we expect to complete our processes during 1998 and 1999. We are addressing all aspects of our business, including our suppliers, to ensure a stable flow of product.
We are reviewing all computer systems within our company, whether developed in-house or procured commercially from a third party. Our objective is to identify any potential problems with the date change and take appropriate action to prevent problems from occurring. This review includes software, hardware, networks and telecommunications equipment. This is being accomplished with various testing devices and is being done using both internal employees and external services. Equipment and software is being repaired or replaced as necessary to ensure Y2K compliance.
Please refer back to this page for future updates.
Update: As of July 31, 1999 Resinoid Engineering has completed our Y2K project. We will continue to monitor the acquisition of new equipment and the progress of our suppliers to ensure a smooth transition at year's end. All products currently manufactured by us are Y2K compliant.
Update: January 3, 2000 - As of this date all systems are functioning properly. Resinoid does not anticipate any problems and expects the transition to continue to be a smooth one.
